Had an amazing New Year holiday! the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. Convenient location near the ski resort and also close to markets for buying souvenirs. the highlight of the trip was the free shuttle bus to the ski resort, which saved us from the hassle of finding a ride. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The lack of air conditioning in the room, which made it slightly uncomfortable during the hotter parts of the day. the Wi-Fi in the room was a bit spotty, but still worked well enough to stay connected with friends and family.

Fantastic stay with great location right in the city center near the ski slope. Super-friendly service with free transfer to the ski resort. Clean and comfortable rooms with a beautiful view. The staff communicated with me in English and the free breakfast was a bonus.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The view from our room was breathtaking, we could even see the snow-capped mountains from the window. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast which was not only delicious, but it also had a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the ski resort and the city center.
That the language barrier made it a bit difficult to communicate with the staff at times. We also had a bit of trouble with the transfer back to the hotel from the ski resort, as the taxi driver didn't speak English.

This hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, within easy access to the ski slopes. Guests can enjoy the stunning views of the Big Wood slope right from their rooms. the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all modern facilities to ensure comfort. the hotel's breakfast is ample and tasty, served by friendly staff.
The staff's communication and responsiveness to guests' needs need improvement.
